Purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data

Your personal data obtained in the provision of services, concluding contracts and during their duration or implementation are used for the following purposes:

  • Conclusion and performance of the contract for the provision of hotel services and other services, offered by the Data Administrator, and the provision of these services in accordance with the concluded contract; legal basis: art. 6 par. 1 liters "b" RODO,
  • Execution of legal obligations imposed on the Administrator (eg issuing and storing invoices and other accounting documents, providing data to the so-called Eligible Entities, the court, the prosecutor's office, the Police); legal basis: art. 6 par. 1 lit. "C" RODO,
  • Investigation of possible claims for non-performance or improper performance of the concluded contract for the provision of services, or for any other claims arising from applicable law; legal basis: art. 6 par. 1 lit. "F" RODO,
  • Marketing and promotion of all services provided by the Data Administrator; legal basis: consent for data processing for marketing and promotional purposes, art.6 par.1 lit. a) RODO.

The period of data storage

Your personal data will be stored

  • For the duration of the contract for the provision of services and after the end of the contract, in order to fully settle the parties from the benefits and obligations under the contract, until the expiry of the contractual period of limitation of claims under such agreement, both the service provider (Administrator data), as well as the recipient, and in the scope of tax settlements for the period of limitation of tax liabilities resulting from the currently applicable provisions (currently the limitation period for tax liabilities is 5 years from the end of the tax year, in which there appeared the need to pay tax for services rendered to your )
  • If the data is processed on the basis of consent, personal data will be processed until the data subject withdraws the consent.

Recipients of data

The data will be accessed by persons cooperating with the Data Administrator in the scope of providing services to you, including those providing legal and financial services to the Data Administrator. Your data in cases strictly defined by law will have to be transferred to so-called authorized bodies, in particular the Police or the prosecutor's office.

Transfer of personal data outside the EEA

The data controller does not intend to transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.

The rights of the data subject

  • Access to data, i.e. obtaining information, whether the Data Administrator processes your data, and if so, to what extent,

If the data processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, with the proviso that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent, before withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge an objection at any time:

  • In the face of data processing for you, for direct marketing purposes. The data controller, after making such an objection, will no longer be allowed to process personal data for such purposes,
  • For reasons related to your particular situation - in the face of data processing which takes place for the purpose resulting from the legitimate interests of the Data Administrator. The data administrator, after making such an objection, will no longer be able to process personal data for such purposes, unless the Administrator shows that there are valid, legally justified grounds for further processing of data that will take precedence over your interests, rights and freedoms, or if there will be grounds for establishing, investigating or defending claims.
